Im having surgery tmw I wondered ssomething that I forgot to ask.. I was still in shock of needing it .. so what is the diffrence btwn open reduction and closed obviously I know that open is surgery…and closed is not but why would they opt to do open reduction?they arnt putting any plates or anything just I guess putting it back so it will???? do what? and I also wanted to find out how bad will the pain be after surgery worse than it is now??
