I just had a clavicle shave and scope on my right shoulder and they used a nerve block and I got shingles.?

I believe the shingles is related to the surgery.My right eye was drooping after the surgery and then 3 days later shingles appears by my right eye,right nostril,right cheek area and right side in my mouth.Is this coincidence or definitely from the surgery.P.S. I have never even had a cold sore in my life and I am 42.Thanks
