I had surgery to reconnect my clavicle bone around 6 months ago so I have been past it for quite a while. I seem to always have a tense feeling in my neck that really bothers me. It’s like a pain but not a sharp pain or anything, just constant. It’s almost as if it hurts to hold my head up, but not to lay down or anything like that. I was never put into any type of rehab routine to get my body back to normal, so are there any stretches I should do to help relieve some of the pain in my neck?
Does anyone have any advice to relieve the pain before I decide to go to the doctor?
Ok, that does not help me. Any advice from people with neck pain?
Thanks for the help, I’ll have to try this stuff out. It’s not like I can’t do stuff with the shoulder. I can lift weights, objects, catch, push ups, whatever. It’s just my neck area that hurts now. I think I am still hesitant to put everything back on that shoulder and I don’t even know it.
