Broke it 2 mos ago had surgery 5/13. Did not have any metal or screws installed or anything. Instead I had donated ligaments to tie the clavicle back to my shoulder and hold it down properly. Pain diminishes as the days go by, though i still feel it… Im wearing the sling everyday but would like to know of some natural ways to releive the pain. I tried icepacks but i have a thick gause so i cant even feel it. any suggestions to make the next couple weeks not so long?
