I was doing PT after rotator cuff surgery for calcium deposits and rotator cuff and it was aching some but I was getting range of motion back. Now 3 weeks later, I lifted something heavy with opposite good arm and felt severe pain in my surgery shoulder. Now I have severe pain from front of shoulder to below clavicle when I lift my injured shoulder arm straight in front of me. The pain is sharp and acute and more to front side of shoulder than actual shoulder itself. Did I injure something else? pull a muscle? tendon? or is this normal after this type of surgery? This pain is almost worse than what i felt the first few days after surgery in shoulder joint.
